Designing Neuro-Inclusive Organisations
This course moves neurodiversity from awareness to operational capability by teaching leaders how to design work systems that support diverse cognition and enhance performance.
The Problem
Most organisations approach neurodiversity through awareness training. Understanding improves. Intent strengthens, but systems remain unchanged. Meetings remain unstructured. Cognitive load remains unmanaged. Adjustments remain reactive. Inclusion becomes fragile.
The Shift
Cognitive Inclusion Architecture™ reframes neurodiversity as a work design issue. This course teaches you how to: • Reduce cognitive friction • Structure collaboration intentionally • Scale learning from adjustments • Build inclusion into leadership capability • Align neuro-inclusion with performance outcomes

About the Creator
I'm John Harrington, an expert in neurodiversity and inclusive leadership. My work explores neurodiversity not as a category, but as a design principle for leadership, collaboration and organisational capability. Through consultancy, workshops and executive coaching, I support organisations to translate intention into practice — building environments where different thinking styles are not merely accommodated but understood as strategic assets. Alongside organisational work, I coach neurodivergent professionals and leaders navigating complex careers, identity shifts and high-performance environments. My approach integrates behavioural insight with real-world executive experience, recognising that individual growth and organisational systems are inseparable. My perspective is shaped by a professional journey spanning corporate finance, international media leadership and entrepreneurship before moving into neurodiversity-focused coaching and consultancy. Having worked inside fast-moving commercial environments, I understand the structural tensions between performance expectations and cognitive diversity — and how thoughtful design can transform both.
